It is now more important than ever to keep your building clean and safe. That is why we have created our ‘Stay Safe’ program to facilitate the reopening of your office setting in a healthy and safe manner while maintaining a daily cleaning standard.

Step 1: Minimizing contact

By touring your facility, we can take note of your office setting’s foot traffic, touch points, common areas, and daily population and implement important changes to minimize contact and transmission of pathogens and germs.

floor signage to help people stay socially distant (one way signs, 6-foot footprints, etc.)
common area wall signage (everyday reminders for wearing masks, social distancing, elevator etiquette)
restroom signage (closing off stalls or sinks, hand washing reminders, etc.)
recognize high touch points that need extra daily disinfecting attention: stair railings, door handles, water fountains, elevator buttons, etc.

Step 2: Creating your Facilities Enhanced Protocol

The days of regular office cleaning no longer exist. In the aftermath of COVID-19, all facilities require more detailed cleaning and disinfecting. After touring your facility, we then design a set of daily specifications to disinfect your building thoroughly and consistently.

MCW uses hospital grade disinfectants on the EPA List N and that are effective against COVID-19

Step 3: Implementation

MCW will implement our Enhanced Cleaning protocols every day in every way. Deep cleaning, touch point cleaning, and electrostatic disinfecting, combined with CDC approved COVID-19 disinfectant products maximizes the cleaning standard and protocols for your facility. These protocols not only mitigate COVID-19, but other pathogens and illnesses including the flu.
